A grand antique banquet-size tablecloth, 84" x 68", hand-pieced from fine ecru linen panels joined with narrow lace insertion. The center field is framed by a wide filet lace border worked in a rose and leaf motif, opening onto four diamond-shaped lace medallions with a fleur-de-lis and floral lattice design — likely point de Venise or a fine filet lace, hand-set into the linen. The entire perimeter is finished with a deep scalloped bobbin lace edge in a floral wheel pattern.
