Vintage Steelite International Coffee or Water Pot For One Floral 5″ Tall

Vintage Steelite International Coffee or Water Pot For One Floral 5″ Tall. This is a really cute little teapot. Steelite makes wares for commercial hotel and restaurant use. This is the only one I have seen like this in the research I have done, which has been a lot. I can tell you that is frustrating. The pattern of flowers on this is reminiscent of old Homer Laughlin flower patterns. I’m unsure if that is intentional. This is in good shape but does have a hairline crack that is in the rim of the top and can be seen in the photos. The crack has migrated 1/2 in downward. I have fixed an old teapot of mine that had a crack in the bottom with the milk glue method. Basically, It means putting the item in whole milk in a lidded container (I used a plastic bin). You leave it there until the milk gets like a semi hardened gel. It stinks and requires a lot of hand washes after, but my teapot is still in use and not leaking. This method is natural and non-toxic. It may work well on this as there is only a hairline crack in this pot. Please look over the photos carefully as this is a pre-owned item.
