2006 MEZCO South Park Deluxe Talking Cartman Figure See Description
I did take Cartman out of the box to test the talking feature and it does not work. I changed the batteries and it still doesn’t work. There is no damage to the battery compartment, so maybe it’s fixable. There also is box damage. See pictures.
